CYGA unites cycling + yoga into a balanced athletic workout. Our state-of-the-art Saris CycleOps® Club Pro 300pt indoor bikes allow you to train with Power. Train with Power like the pros.

Cycle Power Training takes the proven formula for success in the outdoor world and brings it into the indoor cycling realm. Utilizing the CycleOps Club Pro 300PT, this one day training is an opportunity for any Cycling Instructor, personal trainer or simply anyone looking to learn more about training with a power.

Cycling + Yoga
This is our signature CYGA Class. It is a combo of 30 minute cycle + 30 minute yoga, a focused 4CORE class. (Strength, Balance, Flexibility, and Endurance focus that rotates weekly) This class will give you what you need to be fit and healthy in a time frame that will fit into your life. This intense cardio interval workout followed directly with yoga is designed to enhance the strength, flexibility and balance of athletes. If you do not think you are an athlete now, after a few months of this, you will.
CoreCYGA is a class that follows our CYGA format while incorporating weighted balls to strengthen the all important Core. This is a 60 minute class, 30 minutes cycling followed by 30 minutes of core work.
Teen CYGA cycling+yoga
Stay fit, get fit, cross-train, try something new! CYGA cycling+yoga is our foundation class, appropriate for all levels. This class is geared specifically for the Teen ages 13-17. Teens will work with CYGA's fourcore® focus; endurance + strength + flexibility + balance all in one hour. 30 minutes cycling + 30 minutes yoga = inspirational FUN!
Cycle Strength Class
60 minute strength training cycle class. Instructor's choice of strength training, sequence and music. You will be sure to get a strong ride in. Bring a towel, water and shoes, clip ins or hard soled.
Cycle Interval Class
60 minute interval cycle class. Instructor's choice of interval training sequence and music. You will get a great cardio workout. Bring towel, water and shoes, clip ins or hard soled.
Cycle Core Fit
Cycle Core Fit is a high energy cross-fit combination class consisting of a 40-minute interval or strength indoor cycling ride, followed by a 35 minute boot camp style workout. Exercises will be either circuits or group work, utilizing resistant tubing, resist-a-balls, weighted balls, free weights, body weight, and variations of TRX.
Off Road Cycle
These are various hours that cyclist/yogis can come into CYGA and use the bikes. Pre-registration is required. This is a great opportunity for cyclist to work on their specific training needs. Also, to take advantage of any of our personal trainers and CycleOps Certified Cyclist to learn how to benefit from Training with Power on the CycleOps Bikes. Hours can change seasonly.
*NEW* Tween Yoga (grades 5-8)
Tween Yoga is a well-rounded yoga practice designed with CYGA's fourcore® weekly focus of balance+strength+flexibility+endurance while emphasizing life themes of compassion+acceptance+understanding+safety. Classes include the break-down of yoga postures/asanas + the instruction of different breathing techniques for yoga as well as peaceful focus of daily life; during test-taking, sporting events, performances + all life challenges. All mature teens may participate in adult classes after attending CYGA Tween classes. Tweens 7th grade or younger are asked to attend classes with an adult.
*NEW* Story Book Yoga (ages 3-5)
Bringing Children's Literature Alive using Mindful Movement. Instructor Pam Miller; Global Family Yoga + Therapeutic Yoga for Children + Street Yoga + Karma Kids Yoga + Mindfulness Certified Yoga Instructor will take your children on an exploration of children's books + yoga thru breath + balance + asanas (poses). Come explore + have fun! Ages 3-5 Classes are 45 minutes. Parents are welcome to stay + observe or participate in the yoga circle but not required. 6 week session 1st class of the session is FREE!
*NEW* LIVE Yin Yoga
A restorative asana class of posture holding to create deep relaxation and opening in the connective tissues and the body. Each class will be themed around a different series of long deep holds (2-3 minutes in length). The intent is to help aid the connective tissues to release. Giving the practioner a new sense of relaxation and relief. Live mantra music will allow the heart to melt further into the practice and create a feeling of grounded balance and profound rest. An incredible compliment to any workout + life style!
*NEW* Power Detox Yoga
In this dynamic yoga practice, you will realign your body, increase flexibility, develop strength and stamina, and focus your mind. The energizing, flowing sequence of postures will deepen the breath while heating & detoxing the body. A basic knowledge and foundation of yoga practice is recommended. Power Detox Yoga classes explore the asanas with the assumption that students are familiar with yoga and have the ability to modify postures when needed. The classes will often move faster and typically explore more advanced asanas, including inversions. This high energy yoga practice to upbeat music will make you sweat + detoxify!
Intermediate Yoga Class focuses on developing strength + stamina + flexibility while exploring intermediate and moving into advanced level yoga poses. Designed for students with at least 6 months of yoga experience.
With various levels in one class, you will be able to work on all of the fundamentals of yoga and beyond. There will be suggestions on how to modify and deepen you practice as you learn to listen to your body. Taking you to your next level when you are ready to move on.
Sunrise Intermediate Yoga
This is an early morning yoga class (5:30 am). A flow class that will work with building strength, flexibility and breath. Begin your day centered and strong.
Yoga for Strength and Alignment
This Yoga Class is a slow flow sequenced class designed to create flexibility + strength in a calming environment. Created for beginner to mature students who want to learn more about what yoga can do for them specifically, how yoga can help create a fit body, and how yoga poses effect health and healing. Students will deepen their knowledge of yoga poses, anatomy and yoga philosophy.
This 60 minute yoga class is designed for any yogi interested in taking a hatha yoga style class. We take the poses slowly, learn alignment and breathing. Feel free to ask questions and discover how body awareness can improve your practice, posture and daily life.
CYGA's Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through sun salutations and other yoga postures, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. This intense, but easy to follow program complements your regular yoga practice while pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Why strength train? Strength training builds lean muscle mass. CYGA's Indoor Cycling is effective aerobic training & a great caloric burner, but strength training two days a week will have a greater long-term impact on your metabolism. CYGA's Yoga Sculpt is the perfect addition to your cross training.
Yoga Therapy Private/Semi-Private
Yoga Private or Semi-Private (3 people) instruction is an efficient and effective tool for growth in your personal yoga practice. While group class is a great way to gain general knowledge and practice time, one-to-one or a small group of 3, will give you more focus on your individual needs and desires to take into your personal practice in a class or home setting. Appropriate times to use a private session to grow are: -when group classes are overwhelming or intimidating -when you are working with an injury, limitation or health condition -when you would like to create a practice that fits your busy schedule -when you would like to learn yoga step-by-step to aide in creating a solid foundation one-to-one private session: $60 (50 min) $30 (25 min) group of 3 semi Private: $20 each (50 min)
Community Drum Circle
Bring your hands, drum(if you have one), beating heart & desire to djembe, learn to drum, or just listen to the beat of the drum. No experience needed, drums & percussion available. All levels welcome. Donations appreciated.
